We are pleased to announce our trip schedule for the 2018 season. Here it is:
Aspen Gay Ski Week 7 Night trip – Sunday, January 14 – Sunday, January 21
Aspen Gay Ski Week 4 Night trip – Wednesday, January 17 – Sunday, January 21
Mammoth Drive Up Trip at Ski House – Friday, February 2 – Monday, February 5
Jackson Hole, Wyoming – Wednesday, February 21 – Sunday, February 25
Mammoth Elevation Gay Ski Week Bus Trip – Thursday, March 15 – Sunday, March 18
Chile and Columbia – (dates are tentative) Saturday, August 18 – Monday, September 3
Keep your eyes out for a few e-mails in the next week to initiate sign ups for the Aspen, Mammoth Drive Up, and Jackson Hole trips. The deadlines to sign up for these trips will be relatively tight – due to the limited amount of time that we have before we incur cancellation charges on unused space. So if you are interested in any of these trips, please try to sign up as quickly as you can after you receive the trip announcement e-mail.
Payments for trips can be made online via the Arriba PayPal page. Mammoth trips and social events have their own payment buttons. The club is waiving PayPal fees for the Mammoth trips and social events.
All Out of State/Country trips can be paid using the Non-Standard Payment section at the bottom of the Arriba PayPal page. You can enter the initial deposit or you can pay for the entire trip. The PayPal 3.4% transaction fee will apply.
