We hope that you and your loved ones are all healthy and staying safe during this pandemic. Without a doubt, this is the craziest and most uncertain ski season in the history of Arriba! Our commitment to you is to keep all of us as safe as possible and ensure that we plan and execute fun ski/snowboard trips and a lot of other things. We are continuing to closely monitor the current situation and will keep you updated if we are able to confidently plan a ski trip this season. In the meantime, we are working on ways for members to coordinate with other members when/if they are taking a local ski trip (Bear Mountain, Mammoth, Mountain High, Tahoe, etc.) and will roll this communication plan out in the months ahead.
But in the meantime, we won’t let COVID stand in our way of staying connected and building lasting memories. Here’s what we do know about this season:
Season Kick-off Party
We are excited to announce our Season Kick-off Party…virtual-style! You can take the mask off and partake in the fun from your couch, dining room table, back yard, or anywhere else within your WIFI limits. There will be a special game that you won’t want to miss, and we may even have a visit from our very own resident drag queen, Pam Demic! So mark your calendar for Saturday, September 12th at 5pm and polish off your favorite Arribatini glass and libation of choice and get set for a fun time with your fellow Arribans.
Membership Reminder & New Member Incentive
Now’s the time to renew your Arriba membership! We’ve discounted the dues for this year to $30. That’s it! With your membership, you’ll not only get your newly designed long sleeve Arriba t-shirt in the mail (if the post office still exists), but you’ll also get access to all the cool social activities (virtual and live) planned.
